Tour of Missouri and BABIES

Each Summer, Four to be exact, we gather together in Columbia at Lissa and Adams for our Wine and Wii Party.  As years go by we change things up a bit but this year we decided it was really all about the babies..  Or at least a chance to get the babies together for the first time.    So as I begin to make plans I fear the 5 hour drive alone with Emerson so decide it would be best to break the drive up within a couple of days each way.  Also this would allow us to visit Aunt Meg in Kansas City.  :)

Late in the afternoon Thursday we drove the 3 1/2 hours to Kansas City..  The drive went perfectly and we were greeted with open arms by Aunt Meg and Taryn.  The visit was WAY too short but it was so nice to hang out. 

I have been on the hunt for several months for a ball cap for Emerson.  So while we were in Kansas City we found a Jay Hawks cap.  We scored extra points by doing this by some of the friends and certainly was crossed off the Christmas list by others (Lissa and Adam) ..  Even though we didn't make too many happy by wearing a Jay Hawks hat in Tiger territory what matters is Emerson is adorable wearing it.  :)

  Within two month 3 of us had babies.. 
Britt had Greyhor on Jan 31st
Emerson on Feb 11th
and Danee had Myla on April 13th.

These two always seemed to want to cuddle..  and as you can see Emerson thought she would be sweet and offer up her thumb for Greyhor to suck on.
