After the Storm

This week has been a hard one. Lots of people have been displaced and thousands have been without power and continue to be without power. But after it was all said and done we all feel like it could have been a lot worse. Yes we have had to do our best to make it all work and things are going to be a little different for awhile but at the end of the day it really hasn't been that bad. I packed the dogs up and headed to Shell's house when I first lost power and have been here now for almost a week. A few days later Lisa and Chad lost power in their house so they have joined us with their pups. So here we are ....4 adults and 5 big dogs all under one roof.
It's actually been pretty cool and everyone still likes each other. Here are a few pics of the party pad, clean up efforts and some of the local sites after the ice melted.
